These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by The Institute of Applied CX Science (IACS) ("Institute", "we", "us"). By registering for an account, applying for certification, accessing the research library, or otherwise using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of our platform and services.
IACS is an independent institutional governance authority providing professional certification, credential verification, research publication, and corporate audit services in the field of Customer Experience (CX) Science and Customer Solvency governance. Our platform enables:

All content on the IACS platform — including but not limited to the institutional logo, brand identity, research publications, certification frameworks, methodology documents, and platform software — is the exclusive intellectual property of The Institute of Applied CX Science or its licensed contributors. No content may be reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from IACS.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IACS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or services, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, professional opportunity, or data. IACS's total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to IACS in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
IACS will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to suspend services for scheduled maintenance, security updates, or operational reasons, with or without advance notice where circumstances require.
IACS may suspend or terminate your account and access to services at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or harmful conduct, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to access IACS services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature survive termination shall continue to apply, including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
IACS reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members with a minimum of 14 days' notice before taking effect. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
